Brandon Locascio

Brandon began his real estate career in 2005 and has been a full time real estate professional since. He has sold many houses, condos, land, apartment buildings and commercial properties from San Diego to Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County and everywhere in between. As a real estate executive, Brandon’s passion is helping clients get through complex real estate deals. He also enjoys launching new business initiatives, marketing campaigns and recruiting. When not working with team Skymark, Brandon focuses on his other companies – including most notably his construction business. Brandon speaks three languages including Spanish & Italian. He lives in LA with his fiancé’ Morgan and his son Vincenzo
Greg Foster

Greg started his real estate career in the Mortgage Finance Industry in 1995. He expanded his real estate expertise in 2007, when he became licensed as a real estate agent. He has assisted clients in buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California, as well as counseling clients on market conditions and trends. He prides himself on being able to find the perfect property for each of his clients. As an executive in a construction and development company, he has a unique holistic perspective on real estate properties and market conditions. Greg lives in the South Bay with his wife and two sons
Blair Thompson

Blair Thompson has been in the home business since 1993. He spent the first 20 years selling homes as a real estate agent. He worked as an individual agent as well as developing and working on several top producing real estate teams. Currently Blair represents select buyers and sellers throughout the southland. His concentration has been residential real estate such as Single Family Homes, Condos, Multi Unit Buildings and Small Lot subdivisions.
For the past 15 years Blair has added development to his Real Estate Activities. This has taken the form of Remodels, “Flipped Homes”, New Construction, Small Lot Subdivision, Acquisition, Planning, Permitting, etc. Blair has been involved in pretty much every phase of the life of a house.
